| · Review Last Meeting Minutes: Frank reviewed previous minutes which included tournaments & districts.·
Tournament Update: Both the Glendora 7 & 8 Year old teams advance to the Championship game which will be played
tomorrow night 6/25 at Fernwood Field 6PM. Both teams will play Washington TWP teams. The 9-Year old bracket
Championship game will be played Tuesday 6/30 at Whitebirch Field (6PM) between South Vineland and the Washington TWP Rattlers.
We will need league officials to be at the field for preparation, umpiring and monitoring. |

meeting minutes and voting eligibility status (Currently 27 eligible members). ·
Mail: Bank statement through 6/3 which had a balance of $12,195.74. 6. Treasurer (Joe Snyder) Report | ·
Finances: Joe reported financial information through this meeting which included a balance of $11,345.52. This
included payments to Demario Design ($2,255.45) for JR/SR uniforms and Magnolia Gardens ($336.47). We still
have a pending bill for all-star uniforms, trophies & Magnolia Gardens to pay. |

13. NEW BUSINESS | ·
Bob DiDonato Tournament: Re-stating the fact that we need volunteers to show up and help out with these tournaments.
Any amount of time to help get the fields ready, umpire, run 50/50’s, work the candy stand, cleanup is a tremendous
help. Thanks to the same old people that show up every time to get everything done. ·
Balance Tournament: Frank will do the book and announce the District game tomorrow. Eileen Gorski
will announce the 7-Year old Championship game. Brian is still looking for another umpire for the 8-year
old Championship game. · Districts:
The 12 Year olds start 6/25 at Whitebirch Field against MT. Ephraim and then play Saturday at 5PM against Gloucester City
in Gloucester. The Juniors open up Saturday against Magnolia at 7th Avenue. The
11’s open up tentatively on 7/18 and the 10’s are not scheduled yet. ·
Uniforms: We are having some issues with the pants for the 11 and 12 year old uniforms.
We are trying to work it out with Sports Outlet.· 7-Year Old All Stars – Bob requested to take the 7-Year old team to another Tournament that will cost no more than $300.
This is allowed per our constitution but was also approved Unanimously 11 to 0. |

| · Review Last Meeting Minutes: Frank reviewed previous minutes which included playoffs, districts, all-star uniforms and the Bob
DiDonato Tournament.· In House Playoffs: Congratulations
to the Pirates and Rattlers who each won their Championship Games. Balance of Major
playoffs were cancelled by District 14.· Tournament Managers: Managers
for Tournament teams are; 7 Year Olds (Bob Hughes); 8 Year Olds (Joe Snyder) and 9 Year Olds (Mike O’Brien).·
Bob DiDonato Tournament: Tournament starts the 18th so we need everyone to show up at the fields and volunteer
some time in maintaining fields, doing 50/50’s, umpiring and cleaning up. |
4. Vice President (Harry Reilly) Report · Tournament Trophies: Will
be done and picked up this week. 5. Secretary
(Rich Rinaldi) · General: Distributed previous meeting minutes and

Mail: Magnolia Gardens bill for $850 which was mainly diamond dust & lime. 6. Treasurer (Joe Snyder) Report | ·
Finances: Joe reported financial information through this meeting which included a balance of $10,885.80. This
includes 7 bills that were paid. We still have a pending bill for all-star uniforms to pay. |

Pitching mound will be installed at Fernwood
by Sunday. Reminder not to leave tractor key on. |

13. NEW BUSINESS | ·
Bob DiDonato Tournament: Tournament will run June 18th through the 22nd with Glendora
teams opening up on Thursday providing weather permits. Tournament meeting is this Sunday at the Fire Hall
at 6PM. This year the Tournament will last 5 days and it will be a “pool play” format.
Main thing this year is to get help from everyone in the league during the 5 days.·
Tournament Teams: Coordinators need to verify the teams that are coming. The
9-Year old bracket has 4 teams right now so we need to make a push on trying to get a couple more teams. ·
Districts: There will be a District 14 meeting on Thursday June 18th (8:00 PM)
at the Erial Clubhouse for all District teams. Managers must attend. |

| · Review Last Meeting Minutes: Frank reviewed the last meeting minutes which included finances, all-star selections, volunteer
forms, senior registrations and the upcoming Bob DiDonato Tournament.· Playoffs:
Verified all team records and reviewed playoff information. Playoffs for the Ponies and Minors will be
One Game Elimination. Majors need to check the District 14 website for playoff matchups. Pony’s
top two seeds will get a bye and the seeding will be (6-3 Monday; 4-5 Tuesday). There will be no re-seeding
– the next round will be 1 vs. 4/5 and 2 vs. 3/6. Minors the first 3 seeds will have a bye and 4
vs. 5 will be the first game. Semi-Finals will be 1 vs. 4/5 and 2 vs. 3.· Bob DiDonato Tournament: Reviewed Tournament information – Starts June 18th and runs through the 22nd.
Coordinators are; 7 Year Old Harry Reilly, 8 Year Old Brian Ward, and 9 Year Old Ziggy Siegfried. |

meeting minutes and voting eligibility status. Distributed Tournament contact information and applications
sent out. · Mail: Included two Verizon bills for $59.45 &
58.30, Tournament Enrollment Application, bill from Magnolia Gardens for $560.50 (Diamond dust), and our bank statement through
May 5th which had a balance of $12,227.69. 6. Treasurer (Joe Snyder) Report | ·
Finances: Joe reported financial information through this meeting which included a balance of $12,357.73. This
includes a sponsor deposit and payments for a sump pump and umpires ($240.00). |
7. Safety Director (Bo Cerveny) 8. Field Director (Steve Bentley) Report | ·
Fernwood Field: We received dirt for Fernwood field and will get it onto the field before the Tournament begins.·
Work Party: Depending on what needs to be done Steve may call a work party for sometime the
week of the Tournament.· Supplies: Steve
will keep an eye on the Diamond Dust and Lime for the Tournaments and Districts. |
9. Umpire-In-Chief (Paul Merklein) Report | ·
Umpires: Paul advised that he is having a real problem with people not showing up, not calling, not getting
replacements or calling too late. He needs to fill 5 spots for tomorrow night. Managers
(Teams) need to be responsible for the umpire schedule.· Pony Playoffs: Paul will schedule one umpire for each Pony Playoff game and the Championship Game. |
10. Player Agent (Mike O’Brien) Report | · 11 Year Old All Stars: There
was one injured 11 Year Old player that can’t play and will be replaced by the 1st alternate. |
11. Equipment Manager (Rick Boutilier) Report | · All Star Uniforms: Uniforms will be ordered tomorrow
they are basically the same as last year except no sleeves. Coaches and Coordinator shirts will also be
ordered. The 8-Year old team starts one of their Tournaments play on June 13th so Rick will
check into getting those uniforms done first. |
12. Division Coordinator Reports | ·
Seniors, Majors: No Report· Minor: No Report·
Pony (Brian Ward): There was an incident with kids fooling around in garage – keep them out.·
T-Ball: (Chris Clark): Season is over tomorrow. All Managers need to return equipment
bags. |

NEW BUSINESS | · 10 Year Old Tournament:
The 10-Year old Tournament team will enter the Moorestown Tournament which is from 6/19 thru 6/23 – guaranteed
4 games and cost is $475. This was approved unanimously 24-0.·
Little League Patches: Frank has some patches for uniforms and will order the balance needed.·
Summer Camps: Information was distributed on summer baseball camps. ·
Bob DiDonato Tournament: Our next meeting June 10th will be primarily about the Bob DiDonato Tournament.
· Playoff Games: Just a reminder
that we need to do everything we can to get our in-house playoff games and Championship games played. |
