The Glendora Little League was established in 1962 and is a member of the "Little League" organization which holds the annual Little League World Series.  Our main goal and mission of the league is to provide a safe, fun and positive avenue for kids to be instructed on the great game of baseball.  We strive to be a positive role model and teach the kids the proper way to play baseball from the T-Ball level through the Junior/Senior level.  Teamwork and sportsmanship are a major part of our instruction and philosophy.  We hold General Meetings at the Glendora VFW on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month and all are welcome and encouraged to attend.  
 
The Glendora Little League provides regular season play, playoffs, tournaments, clinics, fall baseball, a year round indoor batting cage and a whole bunch of fun activities and events for all to enjoy.  We encourage everyone to get involved and be a part of a great organization that always puts the kids interest and well being first.

 
During our widely popular Bob DiDonato All Star Tournament in 2009 Glendora 7 & 8 year olds won the Championship.  This was the 3rd consecutive win for the 7's and the 2nd consecutive win for the 8's.  In our 2008 Bob DiDonato All Star Tournament Glendora won the Championship in the 7 & 8 Year Old brackets as well.  In 2007 Glendora placed a team in all three age brackets Championship games and won the Championship in the 7 and 10 year old brackets. In addition to our Tournament Championships our 9-Year olds won the Blackwood Tournament and all district teams played competitively and won games. The 2009 season brought nothing less than extraordinary results for the Glendora Little League and we are very proud of our players  accomplishments.  Congratulations to the league, players, parents, members, sponsors, supporters and Ladies Auxiliary for a truly fun and exciting year of baseball. We can't wait to see you at the fields for Fall Baseball.

As an organization we are very proud of our annual tournament and the efforts we receive from everyone that supports the tournament and make it a tremendous success.  An enormous amount of time, effort and hours goes into preparing the fields, maintaining them between games, umpiring, announcing, scoring, cleaning, preparing and working the candy stands.  We assure you that your experience at our tournament will be a great one. We look forward to seeing everyone in 2010 for the annual Bob DiDonato Baseball All Star Tournament.  The dates have not been set for 2010 but you can still lock your slot in now!  Check back here later for more detailed information and dates.

INDOOR BATTING CAGE

The Glendora Little League sports a newly refurbished indoor batting cage which is available to all the Glendora Players.  The Glendora Little League utilizes this cage for most of the year to teach children the correct methods and techniques to hitting.  The batting Cage has pitching machines, tees, carpets, equipment and a bathroom and is located at our Catalina Field.
